Kelly S. Kenny
Ms. Kenny provides representation to various types and sizes of companies -- from incorporating and representing a small trucking/hauling company to defending the local office of an international, multi-billion dollar business solutions company in a dispute before the California Labor Commissioner.
Ms. Kenny provides comprehensive advice to employers and employees on a wide spectrum of issues, including, policies and practices, employment contracts, discipline and discharge, employee privacy, discrimination, harassment, leaves of absence and wage and hour matters, as well as advised and represented them in connection with claims brought pursuant to the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, the State Labor Commissioner's Office, the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission and the and the Workers' Compensation Appeals Board.
Her practice also includes managing probate cases from filing the Petition to Administer the Estate to obtaining the Final Discharge Order; and providing ongoing advice and representation on matters involving commercial disputes, real estate, landlord/tenant, unfair competition and trade secrets, construction disputes and debt collection.
Ms. Kenny is also a trained Mediator, having successfully mediated numerous domestic cases.
